Ingredients:
3 pcs. salmon steak
1 pack jollof sauce
3/4 cup vegetable or seafood stock
Method:
1. Season salmon with salt
2. Using a little bit of oil pan fry each side of the salmon.
3. Combine the stock and jollof sauce (mild or hot) and add to the pan-fried salmon. Cover and simmer for 12 min, over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
4. Transfer to a plate and serve with rice.
