Ingredients: (serves 3) 1 pouch of Jollof sauce  300g Soup Mix (Green and yellow split peas, rice, pearl barley and red split lentils) 4 cups vegetable broth 2 medium size sausages 2 Tsp butter  Salt to preference Preparation: In a slow cooker crockpot, mix all together Cook until the sausage is done. Serve and enjoy!

Jollof Peanut Sauce

Jollof Peanut Sauce

Ingredients: (serves 3) 1 pouch of Jollof sauce  4 Tsp of peanut butter  4 cups of beef broth Salt to preference Preparation: In a pan, bring to boil 200g to 300 g of cubed beef + ¼ chopped onion + 4 cups of water. Bring the mixture close to the boiling point, at a low/medium heat. (Do not cover) Serve with steamed rice, potatoes, or sliced bread.
