Jollof Peanut Sauce

Ingredients: (serves 3)

  • 1 pouch of Jollof sauce 
  • 4 Tsp of peanut butter 
  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • Salt to preference

Preparation:

  • In a pan, bring to boil 200g to 300 g of cubed beef + ¼ chopped onion + 4 cups of water.

  • Bring the mixture close to the boiling point, at a low/medium heat. (Do not cover)

    Serve with steamed rice, potatoes, or sliced bread.
